ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

OCTOBER 1 , 2009

7:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen

                        Abelson, Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.

1.  The Board signed a document for submission to the state accepting

     public utility values for FY 2010.

2.  The Board signed County Assessment Warrants.

3.  The Board discussed the status of the certification review of our

     FY 2010 assessments by the State Bureau of Local Assessment.

7:30P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

7:55P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session

                        and adjourned their meeting.
